Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

 
Processing Times
Orders take 1-2 business days to process. We do not ship out on weekends.

Tracking Number Update
Tracking numbers may not update for a few days. Although tracking is not actively updating, our fulfilment warehouses and couriers are actively processing your orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update. 

Fulfillment Locations
Volt Ability operates and fulfills orders out of California. In order to maintain free shipping world wide, Volt Ability ships large quantity orders and international orders (outside the US) directly from their manufacturer to the customer.

*Covid-19/ Unexpected Delays & Supply Chain Issues*
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, shipping may be delayed due to carrier availability. In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Customs 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Lost/Missing Package
Volt Ability is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
