Tracking Number Update
Tracking numbers may not update for a few days. Although tracking is not actively updating, our fulfilment warehouses and couriers are actively processing your orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update

Volt Ability operates and fulfills orders out of California
. In order to maintain free shipping world wide, Volt Ability ships large quantity orders and international orders (outside the US) directly from their manufacturer to the customer.

Lost/Missing Package
Volt Ability is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
